Royce casino login: what "signing in" means at a Clark venue
There is no Royce player account. Here is how the door, the ID check and the Rewards Club desk actually work.
Play online →There is nothing to log into. Royce Hotel & Casino in Clark Freeport admits guests in person: you arrive at the corner of M.A. Roxas Highway and Ninoy Aquino Avenue, show a valid government-issued ID proving you are at least 21, and walk onto either of the two casino floors free of charge at any hour. Because no online casino under the Royce name appears in the PAGCOR brand registers published on 4 December 2025 and 16 July 2026, a page asking for a Royce email and password belongs to somebody other than the venue.
How access to the Royce gaming floor works
- Royce Hotel & Casino is a walk-in venue on Manuel A. Roxas Highway corner Ninoy Aquino Avenue: there is no username, no password and no player account, because no online casino under the Royce name appears in the PAGCOR brand registers published on 4 December 2025 and 16 July 2026.
- Admission to the two casino floors is free and the venue runs around the clock, so there is no session, queue or booking to reserve before you arrive.
- The age line is 21, not 18 — every PAGCOR-licensed gaming floor in the Philippines applies it, and security asks for a valid government-issued photo ID at the entrance.
- PAGCOR's published house rules for its gaming premises also keep out students of any school, college or university; government employees with their immediate relatives (spouse, children, parents); and AFP and PNP personnel with their immediate relatives.
- The Royce Rewards Club card is issued at the members' desk inside the casino against the same ID — never by email and never through a web form.
- Anyone enrolled in PAGCOR's exclusion programme is refused at the door: Royce checks the National Database of Restricted Persons, and self-exclusion can be filed for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- Dress on Philippine casino floors is smart casual: closed shoes and a shirt with sleeves are the safe default, and beachwear is usually turned away.

| Entry fee | Free admission to both casino floors |
| Hours | Around the clock, Monday to Sunday |

| Online account | None — no online casino under the Royce name appears in the PAGCOR brand registers published on 4 December 2025 and 16 July 2026 |
Getting onto the floor, step by step
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID — passport, driver's licence, PhilSys card or postal ID. A photocopy or a photo on your phone is not enough.
- Check that you are outside the categories PAGCOR's house rules exclude: students, government employees and their immediate relatives, AFP and PNP personnel and their immediate relatives.
- Dress smart casual. Closed shoes and a sleeved shirt avoid an argument at the door.
- Present the ID at the entrance; security records the check and admission is free.
- Enrol in the Royce Rewards Club at the members' desk inside if you want play tracked — it is done in person, with the same ID.
- Set your limit before you sit down, and see how buying in works so the first chip purchase holds no surprises.
Rules at the door are the venue's own and can be stricter than the general PAGCOR baseline — a phone call to (045) 499 7888 before a long drive saves the trip.
Who is not allowed onto a PAGCOR-licensed floor
| Category | Rule as published |
|---|---|
| Anyone under 21 | Refused regardless of ID or companion |
| Students | Barred from any school, college or university, whatever their age |
| Government employees | Barred, together with spouse, children and parents |
| AFP and PNP personnel | Barred, together with their immediate relatives |
| Excluded persons | Refused under PAGCOR's exclusion programmes and the National Database of Restricted Persons |
The list follows the admission rules PAGCOR publishes for its gaming premises; individual venues apply their own policy at the door.
